A big thank you goes to Mrs Handley for donating £50 raised by a rummage sale that was organised with friends, this now means together with the grant from the Co-Op a computer can be purchased for the children to use.

Wednesday 22nd September ->Cheese and Wine Evening in AID of the Russian Tragedy
An enjoyable evening, a big thanks for all the donations of prizes and money from parents and shops ' Co-op welcome'.
Thanks goes to George of the Odyssey Greek tavern who kindly let us have use of their function room and also supplied the wine. Also Sue Vanezi for arranging the food.
All proceeds from Raffles etc to go directly to the 'Sun' aid collection.

Sadly the sun didn't shine but all the teddies where kept snug and warm under tents!
despite the low turn out around £250 was raised to purchase new ride on toys and various other outdoor equipment.
A big thank you goes to all the people who organised the stalls and to local traders for their prize donations.
