I wish to say a big thank you to the staff team for their help and support with my sons speech problems and the way you have got patience with him. Attending Barn Owls has brought him on so much with his speech and learning. Thank you.
You get a warm feeling when you enter the building. The staff are wonderful and the children feel safe and secure and most importantly happy! Excellent facilities! The outdoor space looks great fun. The conservatory has been a lovely addition. Keep up the good work!
We both think that the close links with the school e.g. Joined up play, snack and lunch club in t e dining room, will help our child’s transition from Nursery/ Barn Owls to school easier. Barn Owls/Nursery has always been the only option for us.
Its warm atmosphere makes my son feel at home and the teachers are caring.
I know how happy my son is to be there and how much support is available to both the child and the parent
The genuinely caring, kind and gentle way the staff have with the children. All the children are listened to and are given full attention. Good order always seems to be maintained. I would whole heartedly recommend Barn Owls as my daughter is very happy.
Good friendly atmosphere for the children to be around. The staff are friendly, my children enjoy being there. Good spacious facilities, both indoors and out to fulfil the children’s needs.
I am very thankful for how my daughter was accepted and then welcomed into, and now a member of the group/class. All the staff are wonderful. A very friendly environment and appears to be clean and safe. My daughter is speaking ‘properly’ and not with a West Country accent I speak, and for that I am happy and grateful, as she now sounds very educated and well spoken. I think this is down to Barn Owls and Nursery’s input and because all of her class mates speak nicely and properly around her.
Funded places are available to children the term after they are three years old. These places can be flexible and be taken in more than one setting. If the funded place is used elsewhere, then a paid session can be offered at a charge of ONLY £10.00 per session.
Lunch club is available each day between 11.30am and 12.30pm at a charge of £3.00 per day. The children are required to bring their own lunch, with a drink. We recommend that an ice pack is put into the lunch box to keep the food cool as we do not have the facilities to cold store the food. For Health and Safety reasons we must insist that no nuts or nut products are included in the child’s lunch, as we may have children with a nut allergy. The children are supervised at all times by qualified staff at a ratio of 1 adult to 6 children.
